Inox is a stylish restaurant, event venue and conference venue located at the University of Sheffield’s Student Union. We have three conference suites that are able to accommodate 50 delegates in theatre style, or up to 150 if you use them as one suite. We also have a range of syndicate spaces which can provide meeting and networking space.
Our award winning catering team will also be able to create a nutritious and energising lunch to wow your delegates. The recently refurbished lounge area can provide an excellent break out space which is ideal for more informal meetings and networking. The University of Sheffield’s events team also have a range of other venues across the city, including Halifax Hall. The renovated period mansion has five conference suites and meeting rooms for up to 120 delegates. Its location just outside the city centre is convenient, whilst the hotel also has substantial free parking and free wifi available.
The Edge is another contemporary event space which can host your meeting or conference, located just outside the city centre. With space for up to 350 delegates and recently added state-of-the-art AV equipment on site, it’s ideal for large presentations and training sessions. Engagement with your delegates is delivered effectively and productively throughout every meeting.

We can offer the plush & relaxing environment of Halifax Hall Hotel or if you require something simpler but with all the ensuite facilities you would expect for a fantastic nights’ sleep, we can offer our student accommodation bedrooms.
